The California Health Interconnectivity Initiative
In a time of deep uncertainty, marked by budget cuts, shifting policies, and widening gaps in public support, the Interconnectivity Initiative is a statewide, community-rooted response built on care, resilience, and collective action.
Born from the urgent need to protect what communities have created and expand access to what they deserve, this initiative is about making sure people stay connected—to resources, to each other, and to the power they hold when they move together.
What is the Interconnectivity Initiative?
The California Health Interconnectivity Initiative is designed to foster cross-sector collaboration across the state.
By connecting regional networks, identifying service and funding gaps that limit equitable access to care, and leveraging community input, the Interconnectivity Initiative helps funders, policymakers, and government officials direct resources where they are most needed.
The Interconnectivity Initiative brings this framework to life in California, exploring how structural conditions and local systems influence community well-being across seven diverse regions.
